This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing the personal data of users of the website available at https://isymulacje.pl, and the rules for using cookies and similar technologies.

The Administrator processes users' personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve specific purposes. Data may be processed in particular for the purpose of:

3.1. Handling the contact form

If a user uses the contact form, the Administrator may process the data provided in the form, such as:

  • first and last name,
  • email address,
  • phone number (if provided),
  • the content of the message,
  • other information voluntarily provided by the user.

Purpose of processing:

  • responding to the inquiry,
  • conducting correspondence,
  • providing information about the offer and services.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Administrator's legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact the Administrator; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — where the contact leads to actions related to the conclusion or performance of an agreement.

3.2. Presenting the offer and information

The Site is used to present the business activity, services, and information related to the iSymulacje brand's offer. In this regard, the Administrator may process technical data related to the use of the Site, in particular:

  • IP address,
  • device information,
  • browser information,
  • data on how the site is used.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Administrator's legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of the Site and its security.

3.3. Ensuring the security of the Site

The Administrator may process technical data for the purpose of:

  • protection against abuse,
  • detecting attempts at unauthorized access,
  • ensuring the stable operation of the Site.

5. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be shared with entities that support the Administrator in conducting its business, in particular providers of hosting, email, and IT-system services, only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy and on the basis of data-processing agreements concluded with such entities.

Personal data may also be disclosed to entities entitled to obtain it under applicable law, including state authorities, where this results from a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator.

6. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area

As a rule, personal data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where the use of third-party providers (e.g. IT infrastructure providers) would involve transferring data outside the EEA, the Administrator ensures an appropriate level of data protection in accordance with GDPR requirements, including through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms provided for by law.

7. Data retention period

Personal data processed in connection with handling the contact form is stored for the period necessary to respond and to conduct further correspondence, and thereafter for the limitation period of any claims related to the contact or cooperation.

Technical data related to the use of the Site is stored for the period necessary to ensure the proper functioning and security of the Site, no longer than necessary to achieve those purposes.

8. User rights

The data subject has the following rights:

  • the right to access their personal data,
  • the right to rectify (correct) their data,
  • the right to erasure of data,
  • the right to restrict processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland — if the user believes that the processing of their personal data violates GDPR.

9. Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, if data necessary to handle the contact form (e.g. an email address) is not provided, it may not be possible to contact the user and respond to their inquiry.

10. Automated decision-making and profiling

The Administrator does not make decisions about users based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affect them.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, in particular in connection with changes in the law, changes to the Site's functionality, or changes in how personal data is processed. The current version of the Privacy Policy is always available at this address, together with the date of the last update.

12. Final provisions

In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, applicable law shall apply, in particular GDPR and the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
